La Donatella was founded by Giuseppe Marconato as an artisan pastry shop in 1946. Today it is managed by three women, the daughters of the founder. In additional to traditional fresh desserts, the company produces frozen products that are exported abroad. La Donatella has always taken an interest in consumer health and is the first Italian dessert company to offer products that contain no hydrogenated fats. Tradition and innovation are a winning combination that allows La Donatella to offer products of the very highest quality.
